We run a sustainable integrated farm model that brings together livestock, crop production, poultry, tree crops, plantation crops, and other systems that benefit each other. The model is built on a "no waste here" mantra—waste is only a misplaced resource. What leaves one unit becomes input for another.
Our Farm Units
Dairy — Holstein Friesian cattle
Breeding and rearing of Holstein Friesian cows for quality milk and related products, heifers, and manure.
Poultry — KARI Improved Kienyeji
Brooding, feeding, and rearing of indigenous chicken breeds for quality organic eggs and meat production.
Sheep — Dorper & Hampshire Down
Breeding, pasture management, and rotational grazing of Dorper and Hampshire Down sheep across two locations.
Fodder & Feed Crops
On-farm feed production for resilience and lower costs: maize, napier, oats, lucerne, sweet potato vines, and lablab.
Tree Plantation & Apiary
Agroforestry with beekeeping integrated for pollination and added income.
Waste Management & Biofertiliser
Turning waste into value: composting, manure management, and biofertiliser.
